Our Story

Shore Wellness began with a simple belief: that healing is not a luxury. It’s a return to yourself.

Karyn Jennings founded Shore Wellness as a space where licensed wellness professionals could practice their craft in a warm, professional environment — and where clients could access the full spectrum of wellness care without having to drive all over the county to find it.

Today Shore Wellness is home to five practitioners: two massage therapists, a Trager® practitioner, a stretch therapist, and a licensed clinical counselor. Together we cover the physical, the structural, the energetic, and the emotional dimensions of wellbeing.

We’re located at Tenley Court on Coastal Highway — minutes from both Rehoboth Beach and Lewes, in a popular strip mall with plenty of parking. Easy to find. Easy to return to.
